Hockey Strength

Hockey is a very explosive dynamic sport that requires a great deal of speed and power.   However in order to develop speed and power it is extremely important that our athletes first develop pure strength.  It is difficult  if not impossible to develop an athletes power if they do not have a solid strength base.  View the below video to see an example the potential strength gains of a hockey player, when Chris performed this lift he weighed 215 lbs.
