Custom In-Season Program
For players wishing to maintain what was gained over the summer, or wishing to start a program to prepare for next summer’s off-season training program.
Similar to the Custom Off-Season Program, we will look at your game and practice schedule and design a program around it. You will be required to meet with us three to four times throughout the season for program changes and to ensure that proper technique is being used and that the program is working. You will be given a CD of pictures and videos to reference to ensure that the exercises are being performed properly. You will also have continuous email and telephone coaching to answer any questions you may have. At any time throughout the off-season you may join our training programs. Many players come in for a week or two throughout the summer. Note, additional supervision on top of what is included in the custom program has an extra cost.
Each player will be given a custom nutrition plan along with a suggested supplement list- all suggested supplements are available through Premier Strength at a discounted cost.
