Junior/College Training Program

For Major Junior, Junior “A” and College players (including Midget players moving onto Junior).

We believe that junior and college aged players are at a stage in their development where they will see the greatest results from a well structured training program.

If you are recovering from injury, we have the knowledge to work directly with your therapist to aid in your recovery or, we have physical and athletic therapists that we can refer you to if needed. We are also associated with registered massage therapists to aid in the recovery process.

  • 1:4 trainer to athlete ratio
  • Fitness testing, nutrition, program design & supervision
  • Complete individual custom nutrition program
  • Complete custom supplement plan (supplements provided at additional cost)
  • 2-2.5 hours per day of training, 5 days per week
  • Start dates as early as mid April
  • Access to shooting area at anytime.

Program Costs:

May – September  = $2650 + GST

* 10% discount available for 2 or more players from the same family.

Training Start Times:
1:30 pm or 3:30 pm (please register for one)

*Payments must be made on the first day of training. You will be given the option to pay in 3 installments either by post dated check or credit card.

** You are paying for a training program; there will not be discounts for missed days or holidays. However we are flexible with making up missed days and we will provide a program that should be done while on holidays.
