Junior Training Program

For Athletes Preparing for Major Junior, Junior “A”  (Midget players moving onto Junior).

Athletes at the junior age are at a stage in their development where they will see the greatest results from a well structured training program.

If you are recovering from injury, we have the knowledge to work directly with your therapist to aid in your recovery or, we have an athletic therapist on staff who can deal with your injury.

  • Custom Designed Training Program Based on Goals, Force/Velocity Profile & Testing Results
  • Velocity Based Training & Monitoring using state of the art PUSH Band
  • Fitness Testing/Re-testing and Monitoring
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) & Corrective Exercises
  • Training Readiness Monitor using Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
  • Complete individual custom nutrition program
  • Complete custom supplement plan (supplements provided at discounted cost)
  • FRC Mobility Sessions
  • 2-2.5 hours per day of training, 5 days per week
  • Access to shooting area at anytime.

Program Costs:

16-18 Weeks (180-190 + hours), April 23 to Aug 24 $2850 + GST

*10% discount available for 2 or more players from the same family.

Training Start Times:
12:30 pm, 2:00 pm or 3:30 pm

*Payments must be made on the first day of training. You will be given the option to pay in 3 installments either by post dated check or credit card.

** You are paying for a training program; there will not be discounts for missed days or holidays. However we are flexible with making up missed days and we will provide a program that should be done while on holidays.
