Professional Training Program

For Professional players or Junior players moving on to pro.

The professional athlete requires an exceptional level of fitness to be successful at such an elite level.

All players will be put through fitness testing and a Functional Movement Screen to determine their strengths and weaknesses which aid us in program design. All training is done specifically to enhance your performance as a player and to take you to the next level. Each player will be given a custom nutrition plan along with a suggested supplement list – all suggested supplements are provided by Premier Strength.

If you are recovering from injury, we have the knowledge to work directly with your therapist to aid in your recovery and we have an athletic therapist Matt Yaworski on staff who will work directly with athletes in this program on a daily basis.

  • Custom Designed Training Program Based on Goals, Force/Velocity Profile & Testing Results
  • Velocity Based Training & Monitoring using state of the art PUSH Band
  • Fitness Testing/Re-resting & Monitoring (Includes NHL Combine lab testing as required)
  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Corrections.
  • Training Readiness Monitor using Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
  • Complete individual custom nutrition program
  • Complete custom supplement plan (supplements provided at discounted cost)
  • FRC Mobility Sessions
  • 2- 2.5 hours per day of training, 5 days per week
  • On-ice training 1 x per week Mid June to Mid July & 2 x per week Mid july to Mid August.
  • Access to shooting area at anytime.

Program Costs:
Pro/Junior (Players still playing Junior or College) 16+ weeks starting as early as April 16 and training until camp starts = $3000 +gst

Pro (Players Playing Professional Hockey) 16+ weeks starting as early as April 16 and Training until camp starts = $3000 to $3300 +gst

Training  Times:
8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am

Payments must be made on the first day of training. You will be given the option to pay in 3 installments either by post dated check or credit card.

** You are paying for a training program; there will not be discounts for missed days or holidays. However we are flexible with making up missed days and we will provide a program that should be done while on holidays.
