Detailed Written Training Program
Complete Nutrition and Supplement Plan
Unlimited access to shooting area (In Edmonton facility)
16+ weeks, 128+ hours of Coaching
2 hours/day, 4 days/week May 8 to August 24
May & June Training Times 6 or 630 pmĀ
July & August Training Times 4 or 430 pm
