Introduction to Velocity Based Training Using PUSH
Ability To Book Private Appointments with Athletic Therapist Matt Yaworski to Assess & Treat Injuries (additional charge)
Unlimited access to shooting area (In Edmonton Facility)
16+ weeks, 144+ hours of Coaching Starting May 1 Until Camp Starts
2 hours/day, 4 days/week + 1 Speed & Agility focus day (Total 5 days)
May & June Training Times 4 or 6 pm
July & August Training Times 2, 3 or 4 pm
