Detailed Baseline & Follow-up Fitness Assessment
Custom Designed Velocity Based Training (VBT) program using PUSH
Complete Nutrition & Supplement Plan ($500 value)
Access to recovery boots and other recovery modalities
Limited Access to Athletic Therapist Matt Yaworski During Some Training Sessions
Ability To Book Private Appointments with Athletic Therapist Matt Yaworski to Assess & Treat Injuries (additional charge)
Unlimited access to shooting area
16+ weeks, 180+ hours of Coaching
2 hours/day, 5 days/week Starting April 24 Until Camp starts
