U13 - Summer 2021 Group Training
Time & Location
Focus of this program is on developing overall athleticism. This includes Speed, Agility, Quickness, Mobility, Strength, Power, Balance, Conditioning. We will accomplish this by using methods such as sprints, plyometrics, weight training, agility drills, Medicine balls, dynamic mobility drills, etc.
Participants will have access to shooting our shooting area either before of after training.
3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 630-730 pm
Spring Session May 3 to June 25 (8 weeks) = $500
Summer Session June 28 to August 20 (8 weeks) = $500
Full 16 weeks May 3 to Aug 20 = $900
Weekly = $80/week - If you are unable to commit to a full 8 or 16 weeks, choose this option and only pay for the weeks that you train.
