Detailed Baseline & Follow-up Fitness Assessment

Small Group Training (4-6 athletes per group)

1.5-2 hours/day, 3 days/week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)

Starting June 14 - Times TBD based on athlete avaliability

4 Weeks = $600

8 Weeks = $1000
